I came across this article on Facebook, and wanted to pass the advice along. Here is the quote at the beginning: "Build a positivity circuit: spend 1 minute looking for positives, 3 times a day for 45 days."
I'm going to try that. One minute is doable for all of us. Control freaks like me sometimes have to remind ourselves who really is in control. Thank God, He has a better plan than I do. When I remember that, I can drag my mind back to reality, and get on with my day.
